The Banks Surgery has an appointment system that guarantees you will be seen within 1 working day and allows you to book appointments ahead if you wish.

The best way to book an appointment is by phone

  1. Ring the Surgery on 01509 812343
  2. Give a brief description of your problem. (You do not have to do this but it helps us to know who the best person is for you to talk to).

One of the following will then happen

bulletYou will be put through to speak to a doctor or nurse for an immediate consultation by phone. They will book you an appointment with a doctor or a nurse.
bulletYour telephone number will be taken and a doctor or nurse will call you back.
bulletAn appointment will be booked for you directly by the receptionist.

Top Tip for routine reviews or result requests, if you can, try to avoid ringing on Mondays or the day after a Bank Holiday as they tend to be busy.
